2. SCANNING
Scanning is a data protection service that Engitech offers.
Due to limited physical storage spaces in businesses, many businesses prefer to have their documents digitised. This not only saves space, but allows on-line access any time.
Engi-tech can customise your requirements. We can:
a. scan your documents, and
b. physically and digitally store them for you in our warehouse and on our IT server, and
c. provide you with on-line access to them at any time,
or
a. we can scan your documents, and
b. then securely destroy your physical documents

3. SHREDDING
Secure Destruction Services
● Security shredding of your confidential waste paper
● Product destruction - including media, data
Engitech have staff who are security cleared which means that Engitech conducts security/police checks of all staff prior to employment. Our security cleared staff will collect the data/documentation for destruction from your premises and transport it to our warehouse facility in Laverton, where the destruction process is monitored and recorded on security system.
Non-secure destruction services
● Traditional non-secure paper recycling
● General waste management services for all your waste disposal needs (please refer to our Facilities Management Webpage for other waste services that Engitech offers).
Engitech can supply one or more locked 240 litre mobile wheelie bins for $60 per bin per year for 1 bin or $50 per bin per year for 2-4 bins, or $40 per bin per year for 5-9 bins, or $30 per bin per year for 10+ bins.
When a customer signs up, we charge a once off fee of $30 per bin delivery charge, which will also cover the removal of an empty bin if the service is cancelled.
If a service is cancelled and the bin which is collected is full, there will be a collection fee of $25.00. Confidential Document Destruction collections are charged at $33 per bin per collection or if urgent, $40 per bin per collection.
All prices are exclusive of GST.
